Katie Humphrey

I first became interested in a career in law during my A – Levels, where I undertook a period of work experience at a local firm.

As soon as I finished my A-Levels, I joined Lawson Lewis Blakers as a legal secretary within both the Family and Employment departments, where I went on to achieve both my Legal Secretary Diploma and my Specialist Paralegal Qualification.

Following the merger of Lawson Lewis Blakers and Mayo Wynne Baxter in early 2023, I joined the firm as an Employment Paralegal.

In September 2024, I began my Solicitor Apprenticeship with BPP. This opportunity allows me to combine academic study with real world legal practice, which further develops the skills I have been working on over the years.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I also love to travel and unwind with a good book whenever I get the chance.
