She specialises in UK employment matters, including Tribunal claims, HR advisory work, discrimination and dismissal issues, contract drafting, workplace investigations, and employee–employer dispute resolution. Samantha is known for cutting through complexity and offering practical, commercially-focused solutions that genuinely support people and businesses. A qualified solicitor with extensive practice across the South, she is a member of key professional employment law groups and is recognised for her approachable style and clear communication.
