Helen heads up the Litigation & Dispute Resolution department leading a team of specialists in property litigation, enfranchisement and commercial disputes.
She has a vast amount of experience specialising in all aspects of property disputes acting for a range of clients including developers, land owners, trusts, commercial landlords and tenants and the private individual.
Helen is ranked as a Leading Partner in Legal500 having maintained her ranking in both Legal500 and ChambersUk for several years.
With over 30 years experience Helen has honed her expertise in all aspects of property disputes for both commercial and residential property.

In 2022 she won a breakthrough case enabling a group of holiday home leaseholders to apply to purchase the freehold of their properties by proving that the properties could be defined as ‘houses’ under the existing legislation.
