"Now that the dust has settled (and we predictably find ourselves knee deep in unopened packing cases) I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for guiding us so efficiently through a very difficult sale and purchase (the difficulties, of course, all emanating from our purchaser, her lenders and their respective solicitors !)
It has been thoroughly reassuring having you on our side and such a joy to be advised by a solicitor with such excellent speed of response.
I hope you won't mind me saying that you provide a London service from outside the capital, which is rare indeed from our experiences over the years.
Our thanks: we are most grateful. We will, of course, be in touch again if the need arises, but very much hope that this will be our last move !
Meanwhile, we wish you all good things for the future."

I have had a professional relationship with Chris Strutt & his team for 2 or so years now and have always been highly impressed with the level of service provided, knowledge of the team and most importantly the care that they provide for my clients. For all things property law, this team are best I have worked with in all my time as a financial planner. Sylvia Garcia is a great addition to the team in the recent months and goes beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional service.
The most important thing of course is that I am safe in the knowledge that my clients are in really safe sets of hands, where the quality of advice and service is parallel to the standards that my firm delivers and expects from our professional relationships.
