Tracy Cutmore is a Trainee Legal Executive within the Probate, Trusts and Wills Department, and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter for 11 years. Situated mainly in Lewes, Tracy specialises in elderly client affairs and probate matters.
Occasionally Tracy will work in the Brighton office where she undertakes complex Deputyship work whereby she manages the finances and investments of brain damaged clients. She also provides support to the Hailsham Probate, Trusts and Wills Department and assists her colleagues in the preparation of probate estate accounts.
Tracy has also contributed five invaluable years as a legal secretary within the firm’s private client team before becoming a qualified fee earner for Mayo Wynne Baxter. She is also part-qualified as a Legal Executive with a Professional Diploma in Law and a Professional Higher Diploma in Probate Law and Practice. Tracy is currently studying for her Professional Higher Diploma in Equity and Trust Law.
At work Tracy is dedicated to building strong and trusting relationships with all her clients, particularly when working with elderly clients. Her commitment to the firm is reflected in her position as Chairwoman of the firm’s Social Committee and membership of the Staff Liaison Committee.
