Practice Director
Sue Gadd is the firm’s Practice Director and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since 2002. Sue is responsible for the firm’s IT and administration teams, and the management of five offices. Sue is also a board member and plays a strategic role in the overall operations of the firm.
Before joining the firm Sue held a number of senior management roles in both the utility and defence sectors. She has unprecedented IT management and consultancy experience, which has proved invaluable to her role and colleagues.
At work Sue works closely with firm’s directors to develop and promote the practice. Outside of work she is a Governor at her local primary school, enjoys swimming, gardening and horse riding.
