Robin joined the Mayo Wynne Baxter Litigation Department in May 2010 and is based at the firm's Brighton office.
Before joining Mayo Wynne Baxter, Robin was the head of the Litigation team at a local firm. Robin has substantial experience in the field of Litigation. In Personal Injury cases, he has acted for victims or relatives of deceased victims of the Zeebrugge Ferry disaster, the Hillsborough Stadium Disaster and the American based Dalkon Shield Litigation. For many years he has acted for all types of national and multi-national commercial clients, major public utility companies, Local Authorities and most of the major insurance companies. Robin has been published on the subjects of Stress at Work claims, Sports Law and Litigation. Several of Robins important cases have been reported.
Robins main areas of interest include high value or complex contractual or commercial disputes, personal injury claims, contested probate and trust claims and construction disputes. He also enjoys some non-contentious commercial areas, particularly contract drafting.
Robin has been lecturing on Law at Northbrook College Worthing since 1991. He also lectures extensively for Clients and occasionally for the Sussex Law Society as part of its annual training programme.
Outside of work, Robin loves music and is a life long Everton fan.
