Rebecca Haywood is a Legal Executive within the Probate, Trusts and Wills Department and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since 1999. Rebecca specialises in preparing wills, dealing with the administration of estates and drawing up powers of attorney, including the new lasting powers of attorney.
Since joining the predecessor firm, Mayo and Perkins, Rebecca has qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
At work Rebecca is a keen member of the firm’s Staff Liaison and Plain English Committees. Outside work she appreciates an eclectic range of music, literature and foreign travel.
