Nick Warde is a Partner based in the Brighton office and is Deputy Head of the firm's Property team. He has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since 2006.
Nick is responsible for managing and developing the Residential Property Team, which forms part of the firm’s overall Property Department. Before joining the firm, Nick was formerly a partner with a large provincial firm for many years.
At work Nick deals with high networth clients including property developers and sports personalities. Outside of work he enjoys a hosts of sports, in particular cricket and football and also enjoys music and reading.
