Nick is a Clinical Negligence Solicitor and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since January 2009. Nick specialises in a broad spectrum of related cases, using his considerable experience to providing value and substance to his work.
Nick has been involved in clinical negligence since 1995 and most recently worked for a private practice in London, undertaking claimant clinical negligence work before joining the firm. Prior to that, he spent a number of years with the NHS Litigation Authority, both in a claims handling and management capacity; having previously worked as a claims handler at the Medical Defence Union.
At work Nick provides unique and beneficial insight into the management of claims against the NHS and private practitioners. He is also a member of APIL.
