Michael Bowen is a Senior Conveyancing Manager and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since 2001.
A key member of the Property Team, Mike strives to continually improve the overall reputation of the Conveyancing Department. He is also heavily involved with shared ownership and other social housing work.
Mike moved from the Eastbourne office in 2010 to the Lewes office where the new Central Property Team is located. He sees this as a chance to create a team that can empathise with and assist in particular firs time buyers and sellers. Mike is responsible for dealing with sales purchases, mortgages and a raft of conveyancing related matters. Before joining the firm he worked for Cripps Harries Hall from 1984 until 2001 as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX), and then moved to the predecessor firm Mayo and Perkins in 2001.
There is no sign of the UK property market picking up in the coming months, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors says.
