Lucy Powell is a receptionist within the Brighton office and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since July 2010. Lucy is the first point of contact for all clients, making sure that they are greeted with a smile, be it over the phone or face to face.
Lucy also coordinates other front of house activities and organises rooms for meetings and any catering that is required.
Before joining the firm Lucy studied for 4 years at drama college. She then went on to work in a hotel as a Reception Supervisor and Sales Executive where she learnt her brilliant client service skills. Along with this, Lucy is fluent in British sign language.
Lucy enjoys meeting lots of different clients from all walks of life and making them all feel welcome. She prides herself in making sure everyone leaves feeling positive about their experience at Mayo Wynne Baxter.
