Helen Roberts is a Partner and Deputy Head of the Probate Trusts and Wills Department within the Brighton office. Helen specialises in wills, probates, inheritance tax advice, elderly client issues, including lasting powers of attorney, deputyships, and setting up and administering trusts.
Helen has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter for twelve years. She qualified in1981 and her experience since then has been largely in tax planning, wills, probate and elder client work. She is a member of STEP and Solicitors for the Elderly.
At work Helen enjoys solving complex problems in areas related to her specialism and helping clients resolve difficult issues in their lives.
Outside work Helen enjoys classical music, opera and jazz and sings in a large local choir. She also likes mountain walking and helicopter flying.
