Liz Chatfield is an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and the Board and joined the predecessor firm, Mayo & Perkins, in 1988. She left in 1995 to start a family and returned in 2003.
Liz’s role includes providing support to the firm’s directors, monitoring project implementation and specific initiatives and operations on behalf of the Board. Before joining the firm, Liz qualified as a private law secretary, before joining Mayo & Perkins as a legal secretary, after which she progressed to Managing Partner’s secretary in 1995. When returning in 2003, Liz joined the Family Department and soon advanced to her current position of Executive Assistant.
At work Liz enjoys the management elements of her role, particularly working with the management team and feels her extensive knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the firm is a key element of her position.
Outside of work Liz enjoys cake decorating, exercise and walking her dogs.
