Daniel Pike

Based in our East Grinstead office Daniel acts for clients in property transactions in all parts of the country. He deals with all aspects of leasehold and freehold conveyancing including adverse possession applications.

On the commercial side he represents buy-to-let landlords in investment portfolio transactions and commercial landlords in connection with lease agreements.  He also acts for smaller residential property developers.  

Daniel graduated from the University of York with an English Literature and Politics degree in 1997 and completed the law conversion course the following year.  He studied for his Law Society final exams at Guildford College of Law. 

Daniel worked for large regional firms in Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells before joining Allen Ticehurst Solicitors in 2006. He stayed with the practice after it merged with Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2012.

Away from work Daniel spends most of his time with his young family. As well as serving as a school governor he helps run a local cub scout group. He enjoys long distance running and completed the London Marathon in 2004 and 2009.
