Chartered Legal Executive
Carolyn is a Legal Executive within the Litigation Team. She joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in October 2004 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2010 having worked and studied with the firm gaining considerable legal experience.
Carolyn has a keen interest in Landlord and Tenant litigation, with a particular specialism in residential possession proceedings in relation to properties let under Assured Shorthold Tenancies to include proceedings brought by landlords for the non-payment of rent.
Carolyn also has extensive experience in representing clients wishing to pursue personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents, work related incidents, and those arising from public liability.
Carolyn is based at the Eastbourne office, but will happily travel to any of the firm’s offices throughout Sussex to meet with clients.
Prior to joining the group, Carolyn worked within the banking industry before deciding to study law.
Outside of work Carolyn enjoys running and cycling, watching rugby, trying her hand at writing, and listening to a variety of music.
