Barry Davis is a Partner within the Litigation Department situated in the Eastbourne office, and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter for an impressive 26 years.
Barry represents a wide range of commercial and private civil litigation clients, advising them on breach of contract and negligence claims, landlord and tenant, professional negligence claims, judicial review, contentious probate and personal injury cases.
Before joining the firm, Barry qualified in 1984 after studying Law at the University of London. He is also an accredited mediator.
