Our client service team, are specifically trained to help you through the enquiry process and provide all the information you will need. Our client service team are able to give cost estimates immediately to you, including any disbursements payable in relation to your matter. This means that you will have all the necessary information to hand, in order to make an informed choice as to whether to instruct us.

We endeavour to have just one point of contact for you and each transaction is done under the watchful eye of our Head of Property – Nick Walsh.

Matters usually take anywhere from 12 to 24 weeks from receipt of full instructions from you. This is on the basis of the process being relatively straightforward, it does depend on other factors that maybe out of our control; for example loosing a buyer or being held up by other parties. This may make the process longer.

    2. A member of the Client Service Team will keep in contact with you on a regular basis throughout your transaction, to make sure you and them are satisfied with the progress of your matter. There is no additional charge to you for their involvement.
    3. We are here to assist you and ensure everything proceeds as smoothly as possible. You will have direct contact details for the client service team, who you can contact at any point during your matter.
