Simon is an experienced property solicitor dealing with all aspects of residential property work including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, auction sales and purchases,re-financing and the granting and taking of new leases and sales of part.
As a Solicitor, having worked in London specialising in property matters for many years, Simon relocated to Sussex working for a large regional firm before joining the Property Team at our Eastbourne Office.
Simon has a loyal client following and is friendly and approachable and takes a practical, and common sense approach to matters, working with others to help transactions proceed as quickly as possible with communication being the key.
Outside work, Simon has a keen interest in aviation, travel and spending time with family and friends.
