Simon Fuller

Simon creates and manages referral arrangements between estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, other property professionals and the Mayo Wynne Baxter residential and commercial property teams.

Simon and his team provide fee estimates and smooth on-boarding to clients moving home, re-mortgaging, arranging commercial finance and any other residential or commercial property related matters. Referrers are able to obtain updates on their referred clients progress, Simon is at the end of the phone to answer questions from agents, brokers and property professionals about services available from MWB and an outline on the costs and process. Simon has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter for nearly 9 years and provides the service to all offices covering Sussex, Kent and Surrey.

Simon holds certificates from the college of public speaking in training trainers, he has a degree obtained from Sussex University in 2017 in Psychology and Cognitive Science and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider for the firm.
