Isobel Sanders
Isobel is a Chartered Legal Executive within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, based in our Lewes office. She has a wealth of experience, having started her legal career in 2007 and qualifying with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2022.
Isobel acts for a broad range of clients and regularly advises on a variety of commercial litigation matters, such as contractual disputes, defamation, partnership disputes, bankruptcy, debt collection and enforcement.
Isobel has particular specialisms in; Commercial Landlord and tenant (dilapidations & forfeiture), Commercial lease renewal, serving s25 and s26 Notices, Residential L & T possession, Service charge disputes, Breach of contract and Debt Recovery
Further, Isobel is also experienced in residential and commercial property disputes, acting for both landlords and tenants alike. In particular, Isobel advises on service charge arrears recovery, possession proceedings, forfeiture, business tenancy lease renewals, and orders for sale.
