Lily-Mae is a Private Client Paralegal who enjoys helping people through some of life’s most important moments. Whether assisting with estate administration, Wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney, she aims to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible while providing friendly and practical support.
She genuinely enjoys working as part of such a supportive and collaborative team, as well as building relationships with new clients. Being involved from the outset of a matter allows her to guide clients through what can often be a complex, unfamiliar, and sometimes overwhelming process. She finds it particularly rewarding to provide reassurance and practical support during important stages of their lives, whether that is helping them plan for the future or assisting them in the administration of a loved one’s estate. Knowing that she has made a positive difference and helped ease what can be a challenging time is one of the most fulfilling aspects of her role.
Outside of work, she enjoys going on long walks with her Springer Spaniel, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her family. She finds that these activities help her relax and recharge, while also allowing her to make the most of her free time with the people (and dog!) she loves.
Georgia graduated from the University of Brighton with a First-Class Law degree in 2023. Before starting her legal career, she worked in a variety of customer service roles, gaining several years of experience in client-facing positions.
Georgia joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2024 as a Legal Support Assistant and progressed into the Private Client department as a Paralegal in November 2025.
As a team paralegal, Georgia is often the first point of contact for clients. She enjoys speaking with clients, understanding their enquiries, and ensuring their matters are progressed to the appropriate legal advisor.
Georgia values being part of a supportive team who are always willing to help as she continues to develop her skills.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, spin classes, and going for walks with her cockapoo. She is a West Ham United supporter, although at the moment this isn’t always enjoyable!
Andrew is a Private Client paralegal with experience assisting in the Administration of Estates, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Andrew’s experience and drive to help clients means he is well-placed to help them as they navigate dealing with, for example, a loved one’s estate, which can be a complicated process.
Andrew works to serve clients primarily in Lewes and Brighton. He first studied politics, before finishing an additional degree in Law. He then completed the Legal Practice Course and intends to qualify through CILEX.
Andrew likes to spend his time outside of work reading, playing squash and spending time with friends and family.
Isabel joined the firm as a Legal Support Assistant before moving to the Private Client team as a Paralegal.
She graduated from the University of Sussex in 2023 with a First Class Law Degree.
During her time at University, Isabel volunteered as a Student Advisor with the Street Law Legal Clinic, delivering interactive legal education sessions to local schools, charities, and community groups to help bridge gaps in legal understanding. She also worked as a tutor with Sussex Writes, designing and delivering bespoke creating writing workshops to students across Sussex.
These experiences have strengthened Isabel’s ability to build trusting relationships with clients while ensuring clear and effective communication.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys reading, film photography and exploring scenic trails across the South Downs.
Chloe is a dedicated Residential Property Sales Assistant who provides thorough support across all stages of the conveyancing process, ensuring clients receive a smooth, well‑informed and professional experience.
Chloe Crowhurst is a Residential Property Sales Assistant who serves as the first point of contact for new clients, primarily through referrals. She provides clear guidance on the firm’s services and ensures each client is connected with the legal advisor best suited to their needs.
With a background in customer service throughout her career and experience at Mayo Wynne Baxter since 2018, Chloe brings a strong commitment to client care, communication and efficiency.
She supports the residential property team by helping clients navigate the early stages of their transaction, ensuring they feel informed, reassured and well looked‑after from the outset.
Chloe supports clients across all Mayo Wynne Baxter offices, delivering a responsive, personable and professional service tailored to each individual’s property journey.
Antonia is a paralegal with over 15 years of experience assisting clients across Residential Conveyancing most particularly dealing with HM Land Registry.
Charlotte is a Paralegal in the Enfranchisement team, supporting clients with a range of leasehold and enfranchisement matters. Since joining the firm in 2025, she has been developing her knowledge in this specialist area and assists the team in delivering an efficient and well‑organised service.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Sussex in 2025 with an LLB in Law. During her studies, she volunteered at Citizens Advice, worked at a local estate agency, and held a weekend role in a family‑run restaurant. These experiences strengthened her communication skills and confirmed her passion for helping people navigate important and sometimes complex situations.
Alongside her work at the firm, Charlotte is currently working towards qualifying as a solicitor through the SQE route. She enjoys roles that involve direct client contact and values being able to support people through processes that may feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. She is committed to developing her skills and building her career within the legal profession, particularly within areas that allow her to combine organisation, problem‑solving and clear communication.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys staying active by going to the gym and travelling whenever she can. She finds that exploring new places and maintaining a healthy routine helps her stay balanced and motivated in her professional life.
Rohit Walia is a solicitor specialising in employment law, advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Rohit has experience advising on Settlement Agreements, workplace disputes and day-to-day HR matters. He regularly advises on unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy issues, as well as disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management concerns and general HR support.
Rohit values the people-focused nature of employment law and the opportunity to support clients through complex and sensitive situations. He is known for delivering clear, pragmatic advice and for helping clients feel confident and supported when navigating workplace challenges.
Outside of work, Rohit enjoys playing tennis, badminton and squash, and volunteers at his local Sikh Gurdwara.
Belinda joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in November 2025. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and previously practised as an in house employment lawyer for a number of years, advising a wide range of organisations from small employers to multinational companies. She also worked for 7 years for a national charity in the care sector.
Having taken a break from her legal career in 2010, Belinda worked in the English wine industry for a number of years before joining our team to return to employment law. She now advises employers and employees on Settlement Agreements, dismissals, grievances, contracts of employment and discrimination issues. She draws on her previous experience of Employment Tribunal litigation to support her clients with a practical understanding of the risks involved.
Belinda works with individuals and organisations in a calm and approachable way, clearly explaining legal concepts and offering pragmatic, people focused advice. Outside of work, Belinda enjoys printmaking, wine tasting and judging, and visiting the vineyards and wineries of Sussex, Kent and Surrey.”
Markus joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in April 2025 and is a Paralegal within the Enfranchisement Department which specalises in residential lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and right to manage matters.
Markus graduated from the University of Essex with an LLB in Law with Business in September 2021, followed by an LLM in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Sussex in 2022.
Markus is currently pursuing qualification as a solicitor through the SQE route.
Markus supports both leaseholders ans freeholders throughout the enfranchisement process, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring that each stage is handled efficiently and in accordance with the relevant requirements. He is committed to providing clear, practical guidance to clients navigating what can often be a complex area of property law.
