Cameron McCoig
Cameron is a solicitor in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is based in our Brighton office.
Cameron has particular specialisms in; Building disputes & construction disputes, Breach of contract, Partnership disputes, Shareholder/company disputes, Debt recovery, Insurance disputes
After starting his legal career as part of a local authority legal team, Cameron moved into private practice in 2021 where he continued his training and qualified as a solicitor in April 2024. Cameron joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in June 2025.
Cameron’s background has provided him with a broad experience of contentious matters, having advised and represented both companies and individuals in a range of commercial disputes, contractual claims and property litigation.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys travelling (mostly for the purposes of sampling local dishes) and participating in sports – mostly football, volleyball and the occasional round of golf. He also is a keen collector of vinyl records and can often be spotted digging through crates in vintage shops looking to add to his collection.
