Diversity Report

Our regulatory body, the Solicitors Regulation Authority requires us to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of our workforce every two years. Our 2023 Diversity Report can be found here.  We use this data to identify and overcome barriers that applicants and employee face and to assist us in promoting equality of opportunity.

 

SMBP

The Social Mobility Business Partnership (SMBP) is a volunteer-led charity supported by Mayo Wynne Baxter since 2017.  

It is a collaboration of 170 commercial organisations, professional services firms and professional sports teams working in towns and cities across the U.K who are all committed to supporting students from low income backgrounds in their pursuit of a career in business. Since 2014, SMBP has grown from offering opportunities to 20 students in London, to over 470 student places across the UK in 2021.
