New enquiries relating to a sale and purchase of a property, and the writing of a Will are handled by our Client Service Team, who are specifically trained to help you through the enquiry process and provide all the information you will need.

Our Client Service Team are able to give cost estimates immediately for you, including any disbursements payable in relation to your matter. This means that you will have all the necessary information to hand, in order to make an informed choice as to whether to instruct us to help you.

On instruction, our Client Service Team will ask you for all the necessary information, including your preferred method of contact. The information is then passed directly to the Legal Adviser who will be working for you, and your file will be opened almost immediately so we can start work.

A member of the Client Service Team will also keep in contact with you on a regular basis throughout your transaction, to make sure they are satisfied with the progress of your matter. We are here to assist you and ensure everything proceeds as smoothly as possible. You will have direct contact details for the Client Service Team, who you can contact at any point during your matter. There is no charge to you for our involvement.
