The family team at Mayo Wynne Baxter are all members of Resolution, an organisation of family law professionals who promote a constructive approach to resolving family law issues.
Resolution supports its members though training programmes, publications and good practice guides. As Resolution members we adhere to a Code of Conduct and believe a non-confrontational approach can produce a better outcome for separating families and their children.
Each year Resolution campaigns on a range of policy issues one of which is Good Divorce Week, a campaign to support a national conversation about how parents can embrace a child focused approach to divorce and separation. The Parenting Through Separation Guide
In support of the campaign Resolution have launched the Parenting Through Separation Guide, a free resource containing information, advice and support to help parents in their journey though separation, divorce and beyond. We recognise that parenting through separation and divorce can be challenging for parents and that as a result of Covid-19 the pressure on parents has been significant. We support Resolution in their aim to raise awareness of the guide to as many separating and divorcing families as possible to help parents separate as amicably as possible with the best interests of their children at the forefront.
