Sara Bashir

Sara is an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s highly regarded Tax and Trust team. She advises individuals, families and trustees on a broad range of private client matters.

Sara specialises in estate administration, trusts, wills, inheritance tax planning and lasting powers of attorney. She has particular expertise in the creation, administration and termination of trusts, together with advising on complex estate and trust matters involving high-net-worth individuals. Her work includes estates qualifying for Business Property Relief (BPR) and Agricultural Property Relief (APR), as well as advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust taxation. She also assists executors and trustees by ensuring estates and trusts are administered efficiently and in accordance with their legal obligations. She is known for providing clear, practical advice with empathy and professionalism, helping clients make informed decisions during what are often significant and sensitive life events.

Sara advises clients across all of the firm’s offices throughout Sussex, providing tailored legal support both in person and remotely. She is committed to building long-term relationships with clients by delivering responsive, straightforward advice that is aligned with their individual circumstances and objectives.

Sara is currently completing her STEP qualifications, further strengthening her specialist expertise in trusts, estates and succession planning.
