Rebecca Louis

Rebecca qualified at a Brighton firm in 2005 and is now based in our Storrington branch. She was made a partner of Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2016. Born and bred in Sussex, Rebecca is keen to promote local individuals and businesses.

Rebecca has a broad knowledge of Private Client areas, particularly Probate, Wills, LPA’s and declarations of trust being her main day to day.

Rebecca is also a member of the MWB Rural Team.

Rebecca has gained STEP membership and is a member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formally SFE), so she is well equipped to advise on all aspects of private client work. Aware that Probate work has become more contentious in recent years Rebecca gained membership in 2014 to the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitors (ACTAPS) and is, therefore, able to assist our litigation team across all offices in this area.

She is a committee member of the Steyning & District Business Chamber.

Outside of work, Rebecca volunteers regularly with HomeStart.

She is married to a Royal Navy Officer and has two children, three cats and a tortoise! At weekends Rebecca can be found stomping around National Trust grounds or the South Downs and indulging in her love of good food.
