I graduated from the University of Essex with an LLB in Law with Business in September 2021, followed by an LLM in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Sussex in 2022. I am currently pursuing qualification as a solicitor through the SQE route.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

What I enjoy most about my role as an enfranchisement paralegal is the balance between technical legal work and client interaction. I particularly value the opportunity to guide clients through what can be a complex and unfamiliar process. It’s rewarding to help clients secure greater control over their properties and achieve long-term value.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I am a keen sports enthusiast. I enjoy playing football, running, cycling, and staying active generally, whether that’s through team sports or personal fitness challenges.

What attracted, and keeps you in this area of law?

My first work experience role during my school days was at a Crown court where I met and delved into the working lives of solicitors – this kick started my interest in the law.

I completed my studies in Wales and London, qualifying in 2017. Soon after, my legal career commenced as a Private Client solicitor in London for 3 years before moving to Crawley.  I really enjoy building relationships with clients and their families and pride myself on providing bespoke advice to each client.

What do you most enjoy about your role?

I believe every day is different as each client has their own story to tell, taking the time to listen to clients and assisting them where I can, is the most rewarding part of being a solicitor.

What would your colleagues say about you?

I am very organised, a good listener and problem solver!

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love to spend time with my family in Crawley and Wales, long walks and travelling the world!
