Rachel Webb

Rachel joined the firm in 2018 and works within the Compliance team, where she plays an important role in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory obligations and maintains the highest professional standards. Her organised approach, punctuality and strong attention to detail make her well-suited to the demands of compliance and help support the smooth running of the firm.

Having lived in East Sussex all her life, Rachel brings a strong sense of community and commitment to her role. She enjoys working in a structured environment where accuracy and consistency are key, and takes pride in helping ensure processes are followed correctly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her three children and unwinding with a good book whenever she can. She is a devoted fan of the Harry Potter series, rarely turns down a good cup of tea, and loves getting lost in a great story.
