Nick is a Chambers ranked lawyer partner with over 15 years PQE in litigation specialising in commercial disputes.
Nick trained at a niche commercial litigation and insolvency firm based in London before moving to a more general litigation practice in London. Nick moved to well-established firm in Sussex where he worked as head of department in both general and commercial litigation and non-contentious commercial work.
Nick’s practice extends to any form of commercial dispute including director and shareholder disputes, contractual claims, partnership disputes, defamation, fraud claims company restoration applications and insolvency-based claims.
His experience of working in non-contentious commercial matters helps both his understanding and ability to advise clients in commercial transaction disputes. Nick spent 8 years working in commercial environment before qualifying as a solicitor which gives him first hand experience of the commercial realities that impact client decisions.
Nick has had his legal views, opinions and comments published in the national and local media. Nick also given legal comment and opinion on both local and BBC radio.
