Mohsin Khan

Mohsin is a Solicitor in our Private Client Department. He specialises in advising clients in relation to their Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Mohsin enjoys building a rapport with clients and takes great pride in helping them to achieve their objectives. Whether it be helping a client with their Will or advising in relation to an Estate, Mohsin has always found fulfilment in providing clients with peace of mind. He focuses on making things more understandable for clients so that they feel more comfortable throughout the process and finds it a privilege to be able to help people, even in the most challenging times.

After gaining a degree in Law and completing the Legal Practice Course, Mohsin joined a firm in Surrey and qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 following the conclusion of a training contract. Having initially worked in Personal Injury on both litigious and non-litigious matters, Mohsin changed specialisms in order to undertake Private Client work.

Mohsin works out of the Eastbourne office but also sees clients at the Seaford, Lewes and Crawley offices and is happy to field enquiries relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Away from work, Mohsin enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid sports fan and likes trying to play various sports, in particular Golf and Pickleball. He also enjoys attending live events and tries to attend as many sporting and musical events as he can.
