Megan Child

Megan is a Solicitor in our private client team, having qualified while developing her career with the firm. She supports clients with Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration, offering clear, practical guidance to help individuals and families navigate important personal matters.

Megan brings a thoughtful and client‑centred approach to her work, drawing on several years of experience within our private client team. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and priorities, ensuring the advice she provides is tailored, practical and responsive to their needs.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 2025 after completing her Law Degree at the University of Sussex and her Legal Practice Course with the University of Law. Megan joined MWB in 2020 as a paralegal, later progressing to the role of Private Client Executive in 2024 before qualifying. Her progression through the team has given her a strong foundation in the complexities of private client matters and a clear understanding of the issues that individuals and families often encounter when planning for the future.
Megan assists clients across the South East, including those attending our Lewes and Seaford offices as well as surrounding areas such as Peacehaven, Newhaven and Saltdean.

Before joining MWB, she volunteered with Citizens Advice as a gateway assessor, helping people access vital information and support—an experience that continues to shape her warm and empathetic approach to client care.
