Lykha Buenconsejo

Lykha joined MWB in 2024 and is a Paralegal in our Private Client Department. With a background in Deputyship and client‑facing roles, she is a reliable first point of contact who provides calm, confident guidance. She is committed to developing her legal career while delivering consistently excellent client care.

She began her legal career in Cardiff as a Legal Assistant, where her work within a Deputyship team inspired her commitment to helping people navigate sensitive and often complex personal circumstances. This experience strengthened her skills in communication, empathy, and handling matters involving vulnerable clients with care and professionalism.

After relocating to Sussex in 2024, Lykha joined Mayo Wynne Baxter’s Private Client team. She now assists fee‑earners with a range of matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, and estate administration, ensuring clients receive a smooth and supportive experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Alongside her role, Lykha is preparing to begin the Graduate Diploma in Law as part of her long‑term goal to progress within the legal profession. She values being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in building positive relationships with clients.

Outside work, she enjoys indoor bouldering, volunteering in museums, and following women’s football
