Isobel Sanders

Isobel Sanders is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, based in the Brighton office. Isobel has a wealth of litigation experience, having started her legal career in 2007 and qualifying with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2022. Isobel acts deals with a variety of disputes, with a particular specialism in property-related or landlord and tenant matters.

Isobel takes pride in giving her clients clear and pragmatic advice, and helping them navigate through disputes with confidence.

Isobel has developed a strong and growing specialism in property disputes and landlord and tenant matters, acting for both individuals and companies alike. Isobel’s work includes advising in lease interpretation, service charge disputes and arrears recovery, residential possessions, forfeiture and applications for relief, service of section 25 and s26 notices, business tenancy renewals, TLATA 1996 applications. Additionally, Isobel deals with a variety of commercial litigation matters such as contractual disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy, debt recovery and enforcement.
