Claire Richardson

Claire is a qualified solicitor in the residential property department. She joined MWB in April 2026 having previously worked at another local law firm. Claire enjoys getting to know her clients and their objectives to ensure she can provide a tailored service to meet their needs.

Claire is experienced in all aspects of property law, dealing with a wide range of transactions from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

She qualified as a solicitor in September 2023 and has had previous experience in various local firms during both training and post-qualification, regularly dealing with property transactions all across the South East and further afield. Claire understands that the process of moving can be one of the most stressful and exciting times in equal measure. Claire aims to ensure that clients experience a smooth and stress-free transaction so that they can focus on their exciting new chapter.

Claire graduated Bournemouth University in 2019 with a Law Degree (LLB Hons) before going on to study for the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and reading for her Masters in Law (LLM) with the University of Law, London Bloomsbury where she graduated with a Distinction in both disciplines in 2021.
