Prior to joining Mayo Wynne Baxter in November 2023, she gained extensive expertise working for both large and small law firms in London, providing her with a broad understanding of the residential conveyancing market and the diverse needs of clients.
Jacqui has a strong track record of delivering successful residential property transactions for individuals, families, companies, trustees, investors and lenders. Her attention to detail and pragmatic approach enable her to identify and resolve issues promptly, helping clients achieve their property objectives within agreed timescales whenever possible.
Jacqui is based in the firm’s Crawley office and is the Team Leader of the Residential Property Team in Crawley. With many years of experience, she deals with a wide range of residential property transactions which include freehold, leasehold and unregistered land transactions. Jacqui’s wide experience also includes dealing with high-net worth individuals and corporations, based in this country and oversees.
Jacqui is a fully qualified solicitor and her route to the law has been a traditional one. She trained in a small firm in London, then moved to some large firms in London before joining Mayo Wynne Baxter Solicitors in November 2023.
Outside of her legal career, Jacqui is an active member of her local church community. She serves as a member of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) and acts as the Church Safeguarding Officer, helping to promote a safe and supportive environment for all members of the congregation and members of the public who visit.

Claire is a qualified solicitor in the residential property department. She joined MWB in April 2026 having previously worked at another local law firm. Claire enjoys getting to know her clients and their objectives to ensure she can provide a tailored service to meet their needs.
Claire is experienced in all aspects of property law, dealing with a wide range of transactions from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
She qualified as a solicitor in September 2023 and has had previous experience in various local firms during both training and post-qualification, regularly dealing with property transactions all across the South East and further afield. Claire understands that the process of moving can be one of the most stressful and exciting times in equal measure. Claire graduated Bournemouth University in 2019 with a Law Degree (LLB Hons) before going on to study for the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and reading for her Masters in Law (LLM) with the University of Law, London Bloomsbury where she graduated with a Distinction in both disciplines in 2021.

Meg is part of the Residential Property department with over two years experience as a Paralegal. She joined the firm in December 2025.
Meg provides assistance to clients throughout residential conveyancing transactions from the very start through to post completion. She understands the importance of good communication with clients to help them feel supported through the process, whilst tailoring her advice to the needs of each client.
Meg is a qualified Paralegal and is currently studying through the SQE route to become a qualified Solicitor.

Georgina is a graduate of both Oxford University and the Scottish Hotel School at Strathclyde University. She gained extensive professional experience in the international hotel and leisure industry and in retail asset management before choosing to pursue a career in law. Georgina joined the MWB in 2020 and transferred to the property department as a conveyancing paralegal in 2023 assisting in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Georgina is highly client focused and aims to assist and ease the client through what can sometimes be quite an intense and stressful period. On a day-to-day basis Georgina is liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and opposing solicitors to ensure the smooth progression of the transaction.
Based in the Storrington office where her work largely covers the southern parts of West Sussex, Georgina provides support for the busy residential team in buying and selling freehold and residential homes, transfer of equity and redemption of Help to Buy mortgages. Georgina works across the whole of the transaction from first client contact and matter opening through to exchange, completion and registration.
Georgina brings a high degree of professionalism, reliability and problem solving to her work and is always available for clients.
Having come to law later in her career she is currently studying part-time for her CILEX CPQ foundation while working, with a view to becoming a Chartered Legal Executive in the future.
