Emma is a People Advisor with over 7 years experience working within Human Resources. While she maintains a strong interest in employee relations, Emma enjoys all facets of her HR responsibilites.

Emma works closely with stakeholders with the aim to improve the overall people experience. Emma is passionate about creating an inclusive and positive workplace whilst aligning with the wider goals of the business.
Tom is an in-house recruiter with over 15 years experience working across a number of sectors. He has been a specialist legal recruiter with Mayo Wynne Baxter for the last 3 years providing tailored recruitment services to support the future growth of the firm.
Tom works closely with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs in order to create bespoke campaigns and attract the best talent for each role.
He loves getting to know candidates throughout the process and making sure the roles align with their own career aspirations so that they can thrive with the firm.
After completing a qualification in Business Management Tom moved to London where he started out his recruitment career, he then relocated to Sussex.
From here he started his journey with Mayo Wynne Baxter where he manages recruitment across all of Sussex and Kent hubs. He is also part of the wider AMPA Group Talent Acquisition team who manage recruitment activity for all group brands nationally.
Tom loves all that Sussex life has to offer, from the beach to the south downs he enjoys exploring new places with his family.
Clare is a CIPD-qualified people professional with many years of experience managing the people function within MWB
Clare joined MWB in 2001 and has been HR Director since 2008. As an experienced people professional, Clare understands the importance of a work environment where everyone feels supported to reach their full potential.
After completing a post-graduate degree in personnel management whilst working in invoice finance/banking, Clare became a member of the The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has been working in HR for almost 30 years.
Clare works with our specialist teams on all areas of the people journey, including talent attraction, onboarding, training, career progression and reward, as well as improvement projects and day to day support to managers and colleagues across all our teams. Clare feels strongly about making sure we all have a positive impact on the people around us by giving great service and support to our colleagues and clients.
In her spare time, Clare enjoys time with family and friends, a good walk especially with a view, the odd beach clean, and a good Netflix series or book.
