Jacqui specialises in residential property and brings a wealth of experience to her role. Prior to joining Mayo Wynne Baxter in November 2023, she gained extensive expertise working for both large and small law firms in London, providing her with a broad understanding of the residential conveyancing market and the diverse needs of clients.
Jacqui has a strong track record of delivering successful residential property transactions for individuals, families, companies, trustees, investors and lenders. Her attention to detail and pragmatic approach enable her to identify and resolve issues promptly, helping clients achieve their property objectives within agreed timescales whenever possible.
Jacqui is based in the firm’s Crawley office and is the Team Leader of the Residential Property Team in Crawley. With many years of experience, she deals with a wide range of residential property transactions which include freehold, leasehold and unregistered land transactions. Jacqui’s wide experience also includes dealing with high-net worth individuals and corporations, based in this country and oversees.
Jacqui is a fully qualified solicitor and her route to the law has been a traditional one. She trained in a small firm in London, then moved to some large firms in London before joining Mayo Wynne Baxter Solicitors in November 2023.
Outside of her legal career, Jacqui is an active member of her local church community. She serves as a member of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) and acts as the Church Safeguarding Officer, helping to promote a safe and supportive environment for all members of the congregation and members of the public who visit.

Lucie is a Paralegal in the private client team. She joined the firm in 2023 after completing her Law Degree at the University of Exeter.
As part of the East Grinstead team Lucie helps support individuals and families through key stages of life planning and estate administration. Her work includes assisting with the preparation of Wills, drafting and registering lasting powers of attorney, and guiding executors through the probate process with clarity and care.
Since joining MWB, Lucie has been actively involved in the firm’s charity and social committees. She is also currently pursuing an LLM in Legal Practice with SQE 1 and 2.
Amanda is an Associate in this firm and a fee earner with extensive experience in leasehold enfranchisement of around 16 years. She joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in September 2019.

Before specialising in enfranchisement, Amanda’s background was residential conveyancing and she is also able to assist with residential conveyancing as may need to be linked with any of the above matters.

Daniel has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of privately owned companies and businesses, having completed transactions across a wide variety of sectors. His transactional work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, management buyouts and corporate restructurings. He regularly prepares and negotiates shareholder agreements, articles of association, partnership agreements and share option schemes.
In addition to his corporate practice, Daniel advises on commercial contracts and financing arrangements, including lending and borrowing transactions. Clients range from owner managed and family businesses to entrepreneurs, shareholders, directors and privately owned multinationals, many of whom view him as a trusted and long-standing adviser.
Having begun his career training at a City firm, Daniel practiced at a Surrey based firm for twenty years before joining Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2022.
