Spencer is a paralegal in the private client department. He joined the firm in 2016 and has over five years experience as a paralegal, assisting multiple legal advisers across the department.
Spencer assists legal advisers mainly on the administration of estates, preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as estate planning, offering an empathetic, personable approach to sensitive matters for clients. He has an undergraduate degree in Politics from the University of Sussex and is currently training to become a Chartered Legal Executive, specialising in wills and administering estates.
Based in Hove, Spencer mostly works from MWBs Brighton and Lewes offices.
Emily joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2025 and is a Paralegal in the Private Client Department. She works closely with clients and their families, assisting with the administration of estates, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
Before pursuing a legal career, Emily worked in hospitality for several years in customer-facing roles. This background helped her develop strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Emily graduated from Cardiff University in 2025 with a First Class LLB (Hons) Law degree and completed a professional placement year as part of her studies. Prior to joining Mayo Wynne Baxter, she gained experience working as a paralegal in nursing care fee recovery and undertaking pro bono work in this area, supporting individuals through complex and often emotional circumstances. It was here that she developed a strong understanding of the importance of delivering a positive client experience. She is committed to providing an approachable and professional service, ensuring clients feel informed and supported during what can often be a difficult time.
Emily has realised that private client is an area of law in which she is keen to develop her career. She values the trust that clients place in the team and enjoys helping individuals and families plan for the future or administer the legacy of a loved one.

Lily-Mae is a Private Client Paralegal who enjoys helping people through some of life’s most important moments. Whether assisting with estate administration, Wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney, she aims to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible while providing friendly and practical support.
She genuinely enjoys working as part of such a supportive and collaborative team, as well as building relationships with new clients. Being involved from the outset of a matter allows her to guide clients through what can often be a complex, unfamiliar, and sometimes overwhelming process. She finds it particularly rewarding to provide reassurance and practical support during important stages of their lives, whether that is helping them plan for the future or assisting them in the administration of a loved one’s estate. Knowing that she has made a positive difference and helped ease what can be a challenging time is one of the most fulfilling aspects of her role.
Outside of work, she enjoys going on long walks with her Springer Spaniel, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with her family. She finds that these activities help her relax and recharge, while also allowing her to make the most of her free time with the people (and dog!) she loves.
Hannah joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2026 and is a paralegal in the Private Client Department. She is currently working towards an MA Law degree at the University of Sussex.
Hannah is a point of contact for clients, providing reliable information, arranging appointments and forwarding legal queries to legal advisers. Hannah is based in the Eastbourne office and supports clients in the local area.

Georgia graduated from the University of Brighton with a First-Class Law degree in 2023. Before starting her legal career, she worked in a variety of customer service roles, gaining several years of experience in client-facing positions.
Georgia joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2024 as a Legal Support Assistant and progressed into the Private Client department as a Paralegal in November 2025.
As a team paralegal, Georgia is often the first point of contact for clients. She enjoys speaking with clients, understanding their enquiries, and ensuring their matters are progressed to the appropriate legal advisor.
Georgia values being part of a supportive team who are always willing to help as she continues to develop her skills.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, spin classes, and going for walks with her cockapoo. She is a West Ham United supporter, although at the moment this isn’t always enjoyable!
Andrew is a Private Client paralegal with experience assisting in the Administration of Estates, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Andrew’s experience and drive to help clients means he is well-placed to help them as they navigate dealing with, for example, a loved one’s estate, which can be a complicated process.
Andrew works to serve clients primarily in Lewes and Brighton. He first studied politics, before finishing an additional degree in Law. He then completed the Legal Practice Course and intends to qualify through CILEX.
Andrew likes to spend his time outside of work reading, playing squash and spending time with friends and family.
Isabel joined the firm as a Legal Support Assistant before moving to the Private Client team as a Paralegal.
She graduated from the University of Sussex in 2023 with a First Class Law Degree.
During her time at University, Isabel volunteered as a Student Advisor with the Street Law Legal Clinic, delivering interactive legal education sessions to local schools, charities, and community groups to help bridge gaps in legal understanding. She also worked as a tutor with Sussex Writes, designing and delivering bespoke creating writing workshops to students across Sussex.
These experiences have strengthened Isabel’s ability to build trusting relationships with clients while ensuring clear and effective communication.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys reading, film photography and exploring scenic trails across the South Downs.
Tahlia is a Paralegal in the Private Client department with experience as a paralegal in Residential Conveyancing and prior to that worked in our Database and Compliance team, giving her a wide base knowledge of the firms various departments.
She provides essential support to the Private Client team serving Lewes and surrounding areas, ensuring clients receive a seamless and empathetic service whether that be assisting with administering an Estate or supporting with the preparation of new Wills or Powers of Attorney. She is dedicated to alleviating the administrative burden on families dealing with bereavement or individuals simply seeking to organise their affairs, allowing them the peace of mind to focus on what matters most.
Originally from Leeds Tahlia previously worked on the fundraising team for Leeds Mencap, an independent local charity supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and other complex needs. She has a deep-seated commitment to advocacy, ensuring clients feel supported with care and understanding through vulnerable circumstances.
Rosie is a Private Client Paralegal with a strong background in customer service gained across a range of industries. She specialises in assisting with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
Rosie graduated from the University of Sussex with a First-Class Law degree in 2024 and joined Mayo Wynne Baxter shortly afterwards as a Paralegal in the Private Client team. Rosie primarily works from the firm’s Storrington and Lewes offices, supporting clients across a wide range of Private Client matters.
She primarily assists clients with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Administration matters, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Rosie takes pride in delivering a high standard of client care, helping individuals and families navigate important legal matters with confidence and peace of mind. Lykha joined MWB in 2024 and is a Paralegal in our Private Client Department. With a background in Deputyship and client‑facing roles, she is a reliable first point of contact who provides calm, confident guidance. She is committed to developing her legal career while delivering consistently excellent client care.
She began her legal career in Cardiff as a Legal Assistant, where her work within a Deputyship team inspired her commitment to helping people navigate sensitive and often complex personal circumstances. After relocating to Sussex in 2024, Lykha joined Mayo Wynne Baxter’s Private Client team. She now assists fee‑earners with a range of matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, and estate administration, ensuring clients receive a smooth and supportive experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
Alongside her role, Lykha is preparing to begin the Graduate Diploma in Law as part of her long‑term goal to progress within the legal profession. She values being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in building positive relationships with clients.
