He acts for ‘High Net Worth’ individuals and families purchasing in London (and the surrounding area) and has a long track record of helping non UK domiciled clients acquire UK property. Chris’s expertise includes advising on freehold and leasehold transactions and large scale developments, including off-plan purchases for individual investors and acting for developers on large scale developments.

Chris is a specialist residential property and conveyancing lawyer based in our London office and is a Partner within the Residential Property Team at Mayo Wynne Baxter.

He supports individuals who are looking to sell or purchase a property. He works with a varied client base from first time buyers to developers and high net worth individuals.

Chris is an expert in all aspects of residential property law and has considerable experience of guiding clients through the conveyancing process. In addition to his many private clients, Chris has acted for a wide range of larger clients such as property developers, private offices and house builders. Chris has a large overseas client base and has spent many years travelling to meet clients in locations around the world including South East Asia, Europe and China.
