COVID-19 UPDATE

December 2021:

We had been hoping that we could re-instate the prize in its entirety this season but due to the COVID-19 pandemic still effecting BHAFC and the rest of us, we have had to cancel the competition in its current form. 

Therefore, we have reviewed the terms of the competition and working with BHAFC we have come up with an alternate prize offering:  

• 4 x tickets to Brighton and Hove Albion v West Ham on Sunday 22nd May 2022
• 4 x hospitality in Bruno’s restaurant in Bruno’s restaurant within the Mayo Wynne Baxter Lounge
• A signed framed shirt 

We will be drawing the winner, who picked the nearest grid (randomly selected if more than one correct entry)on Monday 21st December and the winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 22nd December 2021.

We do hope you understand our position, the progress of COVID-19 frustratingly remains unclear and the health and welfare of players, staff and supporters are the priority.

March 2020:

We are in unprecedented times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore we have been in close contact with BHAFC on the validity of the competition prize. As a result of the matches being postponed the terms of the competition have had to be reviewed.

The Premier League are are united in their commitment to finding ways of resuming the 2019/20 football season and ensuring all domestic and European club league and cup matches are played as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.

However, the progress of COVID-19 remains unclear and the health and welfare of players, staff and supporters are the priority.

We will continue to be in close contact with the club and also follow Government advice. We will work collaboratively to keep the situation under review and update you as soon as we know more.

Due to this the competition date has been extended until we have a better understanding of ehen and if the season will be resumed.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by COVID-19.
