Training & Development
Training and development is given significant focus and we all share responsibility for the planning, implementing and evaluating of our own development.
We have a 4-week review with new starters to discuss any training needs and then 3 performance reviews per year.
We encourage personal development to benefit the individual and to help meet our business objectives, including requests to support study leading to qualification.
We offer: Paid exam leave and paid additional study leave days.
We support several different qualification routes including:
- Apprenticeship scheme
- SQE1 and 2
- Licensed Conveyancer
- Non-legal and managerial qualifications
