Sue Gadd is the firm’s Practice Director and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since 2002. Sue is a board member and plays a strategic role in the development and management of the firm.
She is responsible for the firm’s ICT systems and key contracts, and manages significant projects such as mergers and business process change. The central administration and reception teams report to Sue, and she is responsible for facilities management of the firm’s offices.
Before joining the firm Sue held a number of senior management roles in both the utility and defence sectors. She has extensive IT management and consultancy experience.
Outside work, she is a Duke of Edinburgh Award volunteer leader and assessor with two local DoE centres, is an enthusiastic bellringer at towers across Sussex, and loves walking and gardening.
