Commercial Property Executive
Ross joined the Property Department at Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2015 after working for another local firm in between his university studies. Ross specialises in a diverse range of commercial property matters, with a particular emphasis on Landlord and Tenant work.
Ross studied at the University of Brighton where he was awarded with a First Class Honours degree in Law with Business.
Prior to joining the firm, Ross worked for a number of public and private sector organisations. He trained as a Police Officer with Sussex Police in 2008 before joining the Ministry of Justice where he was posted to HMP Lewes as a seconded member of the Public Protection Department. In this role, Ross managed a range of national, high profile criminal cases and was responsible for supervising the sentences for numerous high risk offenders.
Ross decided to retrain in 2012, leaving criminal law behind him, and focused his attention on gaining experience within commercial and corporate law, with a particular interest in commercial property and business law.
