Nicola Weaver

Nicola Weaver is the HR Manager for Mayo Wynne Baxter, joining in April 2017. She provides a proactive and high quality HR service across the firm, supporting partners and staff on the full range of HR issues.

Before joining the firm, Nicola worked for The John Lewis Partnership for twelve years. Her career started at John Lewis as part of the management team where she developed her passion for recruitment and training staff. Having moved to Brighton in 2011 and transferring to Waitrose as Personnel Manager, Nicola gained greater experience recruiting, training and developing staff for several branches.

Nicola is keen to ensure HR support is provided in line with the firm's business strategy.

Outside of work Nicola enjoys spending time with her young family, reading fiction, cooking and practicing yoga.
