Associate Solicitor
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in March 2008. She started her career in Brighton, working for a well-known, well established firm and was there for seven and a half years.
She has worked in Brighton, Lewes, Uckfield and Tunbridge Wells and is a Sussex girl born and bred. She loves everything about our beautiful county.
Before specialising in enfranchisement work, Charlotte’s background is residential conveyancing. However, she now specialises in: -
- Lease extensions proceeding by agreement and under the LRHUDA 1993, acting for landlord or tenant
- Sales and Purchases of Freehold title by agreement, collective enfranchisement and via s.5 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, acting for landlord or tenant
- Lease variations or Licences;
- Deeds of variation;
- Advice on doubling Ground Rent provisions and your options;
- Right to Manage claims;
- The grant of new Leases
She also specialises in all areas of residential property, buying, selling, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, help to buy, new build, transfers of equity, probate, attorney and deputy sales, listed property, land sales and purchases, lease extensions, deeds of easement, re-mortgages and matrimonial transfer.
In her spare time, Charlotte loves to read and write and spending time with her husband, two children and extended family.
