Client Service Manager
Alisa joined the firm in 2003 and is the Client Service Manager. It is her responsibility to ensure an excellent level of client service is delivered and maintained across the firm.
Alisa originally started as a conveyancing secretary at our Brighton office. Previously, she spent 16 years with a local firm of estate agents as a junior and working her way up to a negotiator.
Alisa progressed to Intervention Manager in 2007, when the firm became Intervention Agents for the Solicitors Regulation Authority working alongside one of our partners, Peter Bristow.
In 2010 she moved to the Risk Management Department, working with our Chief Executive Chris Randall. Alisa is now the firm’s Client Service Manager, and is looking into new projects on how to improve on our excellent client service.
Alisa is passionate to ensure all present and future clients instructing the firm, look upon Mayo Wynne Baxter as their solicitors for life.
Following the granting of a Production Order at Lewes Crown Court recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with your firm. I want to put on record my thanks for the assistance and courtesy that was afforded to me on every occasion and by every member of staff that I encountered. My particular thanks to Alisa who was of great help in assisting me throughout including a post Order enquiry.
This kind of service, I find, is increasingly rare and so I have no hesitation in flagging-up such excellence.
My best wishes to you & your firm for the future.
