Tim Griffiths is a Partner in the Probate, Trusts and Wills Team within the Hailsham office, and has been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since 1996.
Tim provides adept advice across an extensive range of matters, including trust law, tax planning, will writing, administering estates, powers of attorney, and issues surrounding mental incapacity.
He is an invaluable member of the Hailsham private client team and his role includes administering comprehensive advice on probate and residential conveyancing to both his department and clients.
