Steven is based at the firm’s Eastbourne office where he specialises predominantly in dispute resolution with particular expertise in property litigation matters.
Steven has extensive experience acting for both landlords and tenants in the private and commercial sector. He has also acted for numerous local authorities and national organisations including the Southern Private Landlords Association providing advice in all aspects of property disputes and transactions.
Steven has completed the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders and has specialist knowledge in premises licensing and statutory regulated activities.
In addition to real property, Steven also applies his experience to Intellectual Property matters and is a key member of the firm’s Media and Creative Industries (MACI) team specialising in Copyright, Trade Mark and ‘Passing Off’ disputes.
Outside of work Steven is heavily involved with community and charity work including the Salvation Army and Rotary International. He is a keen musician and also enjoys horse riding, running, cycling and tennis.
